Bryan Webb

Service Manager

Hello I'm Bryan Webb the Service manager.I have been associated with the motor trade for over 28 years, starting my automotive career as a technician with Rover, Audi/VW, BMW and Ferrari/Maserati, within the U.K., Also was a member of a team, who maintained and ran a collection of historic Ferrari F1 car for a number of wealthy clients throughout the UK and Europe.
 
I spent five years in the Middle East developing Ferrari after-sales operations in both Kuwait and Bahrain, prior to moving to Auckland, New Zealand and Tokyo, Japan, still in association with Ferrari. I became a member of the Ferrari APAC (Asia-Pacific) after sales board, base in Shanghai China, formed to help new evolving Asian Ferrari markets with West automotive and business operational skills. Returning to U.K. after 12 years and currently living in the Lincolnshire Area.

I am married, with one young son. My main after work interests is motor-sport, Rugby, travel and general socializing.

Being a new member to the well-established Duckworth team. I look forward to meeting all current and new customers to the company and providing both Land Rover / Range Rover owners with the best type of after-sales service.

Steve Howard

Workshop Forman / Master Technician

Hi, I am Steve Howard. I have had over 21years in the Motor Trade, spending over 10 of those at Duckworth Land Rover and 10 at a Daihatsu garage, Robert Wivell Ltd. In the 21 years I have had in the Motor Trader I have achieved RTITB Skills Test Stage 3 Assessment, up to and including City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Craft Studies Part 3, National Craft Certificate; Light Vehicle Mechanic, IMI Licentiate Automotive engineer (LAE), up to and including City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Technicians Part 3, BTEC HNC Motor Vehicle Management, City and Guilds Full Technological Certificate and an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle and Mechanical and Electrical Systems. In 2001 I was the national winner of the Land Rover Auto Course and I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists, passing my exam several years ago and I am a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry, My hobbies include MOTO GP, Live music, football and performance sports cars.

Dawn Barks

Service Administrator

Hi I am Dawn, I joined Duckworth Land Rover in 1992. My job role is the Warranty Administrator within the Service Department. My interests are going to the gym, swimming and also I enjoy gardening too. I enjoy entertaining at home but do love to eat out with friends. Like most girlies I love to shop. However, if I do feel like being really lazy (only in the winter time mind) I do love to watch the whole week’s worth of Come Dine With Me. Not that I get too much chance for lazing about, as I have 2 very special, beautiful black Labradors, Maisie and Poppy. Even on a wet and horrid day I love to walk miles with them. They really are the cheekiest characters to say the least and so full of fun. They are still very young and are always doing things that they shouldn’t do. When they have calmed down a little I would like to take them to Dog Agility Classes.

Martin McNair

Aftersales Manager

Hi, I am Martin McNair. I have been Aftersales Manager with Duckworth Boston since February 2008. From leaving school I went straight into an apprenticeship with a local Agricultural Engineer as a mechanic. Then I decided to brave the motor trade, starting off as a Technician then leading to be Service Manager with a Vauxhall dealer. My total years in the motor trade are over 17 years. My hobbies are motor sport. In fact, I have built, serviced and raced rally cars for over 25 years. My main aim is to provide the best after sales care possible for any Land Rover owner in the south of the county.

Guy Moore

Workshop Controller

Hi, I am Guy Moore, I am Workshop Controller with Duckworth Boston. I originally joined the Duckworth family business at Aisthorpe back in 1985 as a Technician. Then joining the Market Rasen team in 1989, when the new sparkly showroom was constructed. I stayed with the Market Rasen branch until 1994 and then sadly left the Duckworth brand for a while to become Service Manager with another dealership. However, in June this year I returned to the Duckworth family, this time with the Boston bunch as Workshop Controller. I am married with two children. My hobbies include Motorcycling, Walking and Cycling (when time allows)

Linda Ashton

Warranty Administrator

Hi, I am Linda Ashton and I am the warranty administrator for Duckworth Landrover, Boston.

I started working for Duckworth Boston in July 2008. Apart from having a six year break from 1997 after the birth of my son Daniel, I have been involved within the motortrade in various roles since leaving school.

Most of my spare time is spent supporting Dan (mini stig) with his karting, which takes place at Tattershall Kart Centre once a month and we both visit various racing circuits around the country supporting the sunshine.co.uk BTCC team during the season. I am also the secretary of Freiston FC who have two teams competing in the Boston and District Football League.

Joanne Parrish

Receptionist

Hi, I am Joanne Parrish. I recently joined the Duckworth Land Rover team in Kirton as Receptionist. I am new to the motor trade so I am learning plenty and thoroughly enjoying it. Since leaving school I worked in the travel industry and left in 2002 when I had my first child. I now have two boys ages 7 years and 5 years which keep me very busy. Away from work I spend my time with my fantastic family, we enjoy going on bike rides, swimming, cinema and eating out.
