Howard Belt

Senior Sales Executive

Hi, I am Howard Belt. I have been with Duckworth Land Rover since 1997. I first started in the Parts Department on the apprenticeship Scheme and moved in to the Sales Department in 2001. I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and recently passed the Advanced Motorist exam. My Interests include snowboarding and motorbikes.

Tim Horne

Sales Executive

Hi, I am Tim Horne. I have been a Sales Executive for six years and all of my experience in the Motor Trade has been with Duckworth Land Rover. I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and recently passed the Advanced Motorist exam. I was born and bred in Louth, where I still live, and outside of work, although you would not know it to look at me, I am a keen sportsman, playing both cricket and rugby for local teams.

Karl Harriman

Sales Executive

Hi, I am Karl Harriman. I have been with Duckworth Land Rover since leaving school at the age of 17. I started in the workshop as an apprentice and worked my way to the service reception as a technical advisor, doing the qualification of Master Technician on the way. I have recently moved departments at Duckworth Land Rover and I am now working in vehicle sales. Outside of work I enjoy motorcycling and going to the gym. I see myself as a team player and a family man and love spending quality time with my 2 year old daughter.

Tom Barnard

Business Manager

Hi, I am Tom Barnard and I joined Duckworth Land Rover in October 2007, from within the Land Rover Network. I have worked in the motor industry for twenty years as a Business Manager. I enjoy time with my family and watching sports, films, travel and visiting historic sites and buildings. I also enjoy spending time with the family tortoises and the family cat - Dolly.

Hi, I am Claire Aslett. I have been working in the motor trade for approximately six years and have always had the role of Sales Administrator in the Sales Department. During this time I have worked with several franchises including Renault, Audi and Volkswagen. My main hobbies include looking after and riding my horse.

Richard Bertauche

Sales Manager

Hi, I am Richard Bertauche. I joined the Duckworth Boston Sales team as Sales Manager in March 2009. I initially joined the motor trade 23 year ago on leaving school, where I worked in a family run business selling Fords. Then my passion stepped up a gear to Land Rover, I worked for another Land Rover dealership for some time and have now joined the family run and owned Land Rover dealer in Kirton. I am looking forward to slotting into the team at Kirton and it has brought back some very fond memories on my first experience in the motor trade, to be back in a family run business. My hobbies and interests include walking, cycling and climbing the odd mountain, but just love to relax and eat good food. I have 2 teenage boys, so I get to act as Dad's taxi firm running them to football matches and their girlfriends.

Hi, I am John Smith. I am a Sales Executive at Duckworth Boston. I have been in the motor trade for thirty five years. I first started with Rover/Triumph in 1973 and then progressed to sell one of the first edition 3 door Range Rovers in 1977. My hobbies include cycling, walking, shooting and watching motorsports.

Chris Park

Hi, I am Chris Park and I joined Duckworth Boston in February 2008 as Senior Sales Executive. I have had a total of thirteen years in the motor trade, the first eight years were with other prestige marques and then the remaining five years have been with the Land Rover brand. I am an accredited Motobility specialist. My hobbies include football, squash, golf and photography. I also enjoy walking, especially with the family labrador.

Jo Spink

Hi my name is Jo Spink. I joined Duckworth Land Rover at their Boston Dealership in Aug 2009 as a Sales Executive, previous to that I worked for 6 yrs at another Land Rover Dealership also in vehicle sales, Land Rovers are my passion and I absolutely love the brand.

In my spare time I enjoy walking, biking, yoga and spending as much time as possible at the North Norfolk Coast. I have a black Lab and a collie cross that I rescued and my dream would be to own a small holding.

Karen Evans

Hi my name is Karen Evans and I joined Duckworth Boston in October 2009 as the Sales Administrator. Previously I was with Ford for 15 years. I first started in the motor trade in 1985.

Outside of work my main interest is my family - Noel, my partner and Joshua our son.

We enjoy camping and motorbike racing, my favorite being MotoGP. I am fascinated by the history of old builings and enjoy watching wild life programs and scary movies.
