126th Lincolnshire Show 2010
June 23rd & 24th 2010
The 126th Lincolnshire Show featured an amazing sight on the Duckworth Land Rover stand.
Guests were treated to a Freelander 2 suspended, upside down, 15 feet above the ground. The entrance of the stand displayed a blue Freelander stuffed to the gills with Land Rover Teddy Bears. Visitors were invited to enter a Charity Prize Draw by guessing the total number of bears inside the vehicle. The prize of a weekends free loan of high specification Range Rover was won by Mr John Stanley on behalf of his daughter Holly with the correct guess of 112 teddy bears. By taking part in the prize draw, you helped us raise a staggering £154 in aid of Cancer Research.
Other attractions on display were Ben Duckworth's & Howard Belt's Road Warrior competition vehicle and it's dedicated support Land Rover 110. Both these vehicle were used to take part in the Tuareg Rally in March of this year.
Once again we wish to thank D3, ABBA plant and Brigg Garden Centre for their invaluable help to make this years stand just as impressive as previous years.

The Duckworth Land Rover Team on Wednesday 23rd
Both days saw beautiful weather and we were delighted to offer all visitors to the stand some welcome refreshments and a chair to sit on after a tiring day walking around the showground. We were please to see both old and new faces at both days and we thank everyone who took time out of their day to drop in and have an informal chat.
