124th Lincolnshire Show 2008
18th & 19th June
The two-day annual Lincolnshire Show is staged every June and attracts more than 500 trade stands, 1500 livestock and equine entries and an average of 70,000 visitors. The long-established Show enjoys a reputation of being one of the finest county agricultural shows, showcasing the finest Lincolnshire producers and their products as well as a wealth of other regional traders.
For the 2008 Lincolnshire Show we decided to excel in what we do best. The weather was on our side so our vehicles were able to perform their off road capabilities over a serious of tricky obstacles for all to see. Over 600 people were carried safely around the course by our experienced drivers, David Rooke and Karl Garner.
We are also proud to have raised much needed funds for the British Red Cross. Once again we wish to thank D3, JCB, ABBA plant and Brigg Garden Centre for their invaluable help to make this years stand even more impressive than before. By using JCB’s, cranes, forklifts and many more impressive pieces of equipment we were able to display the Land Rover brand in the most unique style. Again you could witness a Range Rover Sport floating in mid air, a Freelander suspended by 2 JCB’s and so much more. What we will have up our sleeves for next year?
We are very proud to have won 'The Special Prize' for Best Non Agricultural Stand' for the fourth year running.
Please note that we cannot offer tickets for the Lincolnshire Show, but if you wish to purchase tickets then please visit the official Lincolnshire Show website: www.lincolnshireshow.com
